Life Time Limited Warranty

*Our products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship with a lifetime guarantee. Medical supplies holds a limited one-year guarantee. Life Time Warranty applies to orders placed after 11/30/2016, older 5 and 1 year warranty apply to orders placed prior to 11/30/2016

If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. Example, painting or “camouflaging” your gear is allowed but permanent modifications such as drilled holes or cut or modified products will void your warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

The products eligible for warranty are covered to the original owner, for the lifetime of the product. Unfortunately, this does not mean your lifetime. Your  ballistic helmet may not survive to the ripe old age of 65. Just like all fibers, ballistic materials will break down over time and need to be replaced. Generally 10 years is the industry standard lifespan of most ballistic materials. That being said, that aluminum night vision goggle shroud should last you for quite some time. With the proper care most of our products will last you til the end of watch.

For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to GunNook LLC, Warranty Department, 532 Leah Drive, Morgantown, WV 26508 U.S.A. All shipping to Warranty must be pre-paid and insured. GunNook cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. Please attempt to clean and sanitize your gear prior to returning.
