Delivery Information
Delivery:
Most orders, unless otherwise specified, are shipped USPS First Class and should be delivered within 3-5 business days. All orders weighing one pound or more, or any international packages, will be shipped USPS Priority with a delivery time of 2-3 business days. USPS Priority Mail Express is also available with a delivery time of 1-2 business days. Other shipping methods including UPS, FedEx, and DHL can also be arranged upon request.
Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and neither the United States Postal Service nor GunNook shall be responsible for shipping delays.
If you are not in when the courier attempts delivery they will leave a calling card with their contact details and will attempt to re-deliver up to 3 times before returning the parcel to us.
- Parcels going to residential addresses may be delivered on a Sunday.
- Items on backorder will be dispatched as soon as they arrive back in stock.
- Some orders may get to you next day if that is the most efficient way for us to send it.
- Orders submitted on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the next business day.
Returns Information
Credit Card:
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any unopened and unused items to us within 14 days of receipt. To be acceptable for return, items should be unused, unopened and have any original seals intact. The reasons of refund:
- Incorrect Product or Size Ordered
- Product No Longer Needed
- Product Does Not Match Description on Website
- Product Did Not Meet Customer’s Expectations
- Company Shipped Wrong Product or Size
- Customer Unfamiliar with Retail Interface
- Customer Unfamiliar with Product
Note: In the event we agree the return of a product, the product must not be opened in any way and must still be in original condition.
